Dell Rack Server Spare Components
PikoTV stocks spare hardware components for the Dell PowerEdge R620, R630, R3930, and R7920 rack server platforms — the primary compute chassis used across PikoTV encoder, decoder, and headend deployments. Available spare units include Intel Xeon E5 and Xeon W series CPUs (single and dual-socket configurations), server chassis with front-panel assemblies and backplane boards, DDR3/DDR4 ECC registered RAM modules in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB capacities, enterprise-grade SAS and SATA SSDs (240GB to 3.84TB) for OS and data volumes, and Intel and Broadcom dual/quad-port 10GbE and 25GbE network interface cards for high-throughput IP video transport. All components are sourced from certified Dell channels and tested for compatibility with existing PikoTV-deployed server generations.

Rail Kits for Rack Servers
Genuine and compatible sliding rail kits for Dell PowerEdge R620, R630, R3930, and R7920 servers. Rail kits allow smooth tool-less installation and removal of servers from standard 19-inch EIA racks, enabling safe hot-swap maintenance without full rack downtime.
Available in static rail (fixed position, lower cost) and sliding rail (full extension for cable management and servicing) variants. Compatible with square-hole, round-hole, and threaded rack posts. Includes all mounting hardware and cable management arm options.
Matrix Orbital LCD Displays
Matrix Orbital front-panel LCD displays are integrated into PikoTV encoder and decoder appliances to provide at-a-glance system status, stream health indicators, and IP address readouts — without requiring a monitor or KVM access.
Models stocked include the MOP-AL162A (16×2 alphanumeric, USB/serial) and GLK19264A (192×64 graphical, USB) series. These displays connect via USB or RS-232 and are driven by PikoTV's system daemon for real-time status output.
Replacement units are available for all PikoTV appliance generations. Displays are field-replaceable without tools in most chassis configurations.
NVIDIA Professional GPUs
GPU accelerators used in PikoTV transcoding and AI-assisted broadcast workloads. Available as spare units for existing deployments and new system builds.
